End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Secret Place ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Secret Place mobile and web applications (collectively, the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services

4. User Content and Privacy

Your prayers, voice recordings, and personal data are private and belong to you. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your content, and we will not share your prayers or personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription Services

The App may offer subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings or by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Secret Place and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECRET PLACE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
