Statement of Faith

Centered on Jesus Christ

Our Confession of Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, through whom all things were made and by whom all things are sustained. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and entered fully into our human condition while remaining fully God.

For our sake and for our salvation, He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the depths of hell, defeating sin, Satan, and the grave. On the third day, He rose bodily from the dead, victorious and glorified.

Jesus Christ ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father, where He reigns as Lord and intercedes for us. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His Kingdom will have no end.

The Saving Blood of Jesus Christ

We believe in the saving power of the precious Blood of Jesus Christ, shed once for all on the Cross for the redemption of the world.

Through His Blood:

  • • our sins are forgiven
  • • we are reconciled to God
  • • we are cleansed from all unrighteousness
  • • we receive new and eternal life

The Cross is not merely an event of history, but the decisive act of God's love, where Christ bore our sin and broke the power of death. By His wounds we are healed, and by His Blood we are made whole. As Scripture declares, “The blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanses us from all sin” (1 John 1:7).

Walking with Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ desires a living and personal relationship with each person.

Through faith, prayer, and the reading of God's Word, we come to know Christ, abide in Him, and grow in intimacy with Him. In prayer, we speak to God and are shaped by His presence; in the Scriptures, we hear His voice, encounter His truth, and are formed by His teaching.

As Jesus said, “Abide in Me, and I in you” (John 15:4). Through daily communion with Him, our hearts are renewed, our minds are transformed, and our lives are aligned with His will.

By the work of the Holy Spirit, Christ dwells in us, leading us into truth, strengthening our faith, and producing the fruit of love, obedience, and holiness. This ongoing communion draws us deeper into trust, repentance, gratitude, and devotion.

Our relationship with Christ is not based on ritual alone, but on knowing Him, loving Him, and walking with Him in every season of life.

Our Foundation in Christ

Our foundation is Jesus Christ Himself, the cornerstone laid by God.

We affirm:

  • • One God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
  • • Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, the Word made flesh
  • • The Resurrection, by which Christ conquered death and gives life to the world
  • • The Church, as the living Body of Christ on earth
  • • The Scriptures, inspired by God and bearing faithful witness to Jesus Christ
  • • Grace, by which we are saved, healed, and restored

All doctrine, tradition, and practice are measured by their faithfulness to the person and work of Jesus Christ.

Our Hope

Our hope is not in an institution, a tradition, or a religious system, but in Jesus Christ, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

To Him be glory, honor, and dominion,
with the Father and the Holy Spirit,
now and forever. Amen.
